In nature, our ancestors instinctively knew how to maintain balance with the body.
Parasites were not viewed as mysterious or rare. They were expected and managed with routine seasonal cleanses. People would walk into the wild and harvest what was needed. A teaspoon of crushed seeds, bark, roots, or leaves, mixed into warm water, honey, or chewed directly, was enough to keep the body in check.
It was common practice to consume a tea of papaya seeds in the morning, chew a small piece of wormwood leaf, or boil black walnut hulls into tea. These were not seen as strange. They were normal, wise, and passed down through generations.
