Papaya Seeds. Cleanse the Old Way, Stay Healthy the New Way.

Papaya seeds are useful for helping to keep parasites at bay. They contain enzymes like papain and compounds such as carpaine, which may help break down parasite eggs and support digestive cleansing.

To use them, start with 1 to 2 teaspoons of whole dried seeds per day. You can chew them directly or grind them and mix into a smoothie or raw honey. Chewing them releases the enzymes more directly, though the taste is strong and slightly bitter.

Begin slowly to see how your body responds. Some people start with half a teaspoon and gradually increase. For general parasite maintenance, a short cleanse of 7 to 10 days each month can be enough.
