The following is taken from my book Immune Health, Terrain & GcMAF by Maryjayne Aria, where I explore the deeper relationship between immune function, macrophage activity, and the biological signalling systems that govern health.
This section reflects both scientific understanding and long term observation of how the immune system behaves under stress, imbalance, and recovery.
Understanding Macrophages as Immune Coordinators
Macrophages are often described in simple terms as cells that “eat pathogens.” While this is true, it only scratches the surface of their role. In reality, macrophages are among the most intelligent and adaptive cells within the immune system.
